It shifts a little with the size of the room and the ventilation, but it is a good length for a quiet moment.

KYO incense is blended from fine materials so that you can enjoy it while it burns, and in the scent that lingers once the flame is out.

Simply placing a stick on a dish or in an incense box gives a soft, gentle scent.
Enjoying it unlit, at room temperature, also suits bedtime and homes with small children or pets.

We usually ship within 7 business days of your order being confirmed.
We send a dispatch email, so you can follow your parcel with the tracking number.

Please note that weather and delivery conditions may shift this a little.

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 8 days of dispatch.
For unused items we will arrange an exchange or a refund.

We are unable to accept returns for a change of mind.

We do not offer dedicated gift wrapping at the moment, but every order is packed with care so that it can be given just as it is.

The scent does not assert itself. It settles quietly into a room and stays faintly in the air after the flame is out.
In a well-ventilated room it lasts tens of minutes; in a closed space, a few hours.

Enjoy it before bed, or alongside an unhurried hour.

Once opened, the scent keeps best if you use it before too long.
Unopened, please use within about two years of manufacture.

Storage:

• Store in a cool place away from direct sunlight and humidity
• Avoid hot and humid places such as kitchens and bathrooms
• An airtight container keeps the scent longer

Smoke and scent can be a burden for pets, whose sense of smell and bodies are more sensitive than ours.
Please ventilate thoroughly, and burn incense in a room where pets are not present.
